Friday TBA September 2012

The sponsors/vendors will arrive this day and set up their stations for the athletes to sample, learn more about a specific product, purchase, and engage with representatives from individual companies. This provides the sponsor with direct contact with their key demographic.
All boards to be dropped off on 17th Street. The location will be clearly marked and manned. Please do not enter the main entrance of the hotel with boards.
There will be a party held at the Surfcomber Hotel. For all of the athletes, loved ones, and sponsors.
