This is the design for a folder and inserts for a high-rise luxury apartment on Bayshore in Tampa. The logo was just an altered form of Montserrat, I removed the cross-beam from the A and voila, a logo. The curve was from the front of the building and they wanted to use an approximation of that for the logo somehow, this is what I came up with.
